Relaxnews And BE Interactive Sign Agreement For Joint Expansion In Canada

The agreement, which took effect on July 1st, will bring together the content offering and editorial, marketing and technological expertise of the two firms. The partnership will take the form of a usage license for the AFP-Relaxnews wire service accorded to BE Interactive.

OpenText Announces The OpenText Cloud

OpenTextOpenText Corporation and EasyLink Services International Corporation announced yesterday that the merger of EasyLink with an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of OpenText has been completed. The merger was approved by the stockholders of EasyLink at a special meeting held earlier today. As a result of the merger, EasyLink became an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of OpenText.
